As a Director and College Instructor, Rashida is the Director of the Experiential Learning Opportunities Program at Alabama A&M University. She also teaches managerial communications and career readiness courses focused on soft-skill development and effective strategies to navigate the multi-generational workplace, sharing my experiences and practical insight offered in my book "The Millennial Movement: Surviving the Corporate Transition".
Rashida is a sought after speaker and thought leader, recently speaking at the National Urban League Annual Conference in both 2017 & 2018 and SHRM Alabama State Conference in 2019.
Rashida has been able to impact both young and seasoned professionals world-wide. She hosts an annual Women's Leadership Conference with 200+ attendees. Her goal is to motivate, inspire and empower other world changers offering tailored professional success strategies to meet her clients needs all under the philosophy - “Build relationships first. Do business later”. She currently serves on the Board of the Christian Women's Job Corp., The Association for Talent Development and D4C Performing Arts in Huntsville, Alabama.
