About Rashida
Rashida Wilson has long remained a forward-thinking and passionate thought leader with extensive experience in human resources, training, strategic management, program development, and leadership. She currently serves as the Experiential Learning Opportunities (ELO) Director, faculty member, and a strategic partner on the leadership team in the College of Business & Public Affairs at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University where her successful development of the ELO Program contributed to the college acquiring a prestigious AACSB Accreditation. Dually she serves as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and a strategic thought-partner with the TMCF Talent Acquisition team.
Rashida is dedicated to partnering with institutions of higher education and affiliates to prepare emerging leaders with turnkey strategies for corporate success, through coaching and insight offered in her book, The Millenial Movement, Surviving the Corporate Transition.
Rashida is the founder of Nehermiah Leadership Institute (NLI), where she has been able to impact both young and seasoned professionals worldwide to become forward-thinking leaders across the globe . In 2022, Rashida introduced the newest division of Nehermiah Leadership Institute, NLI Integrate which serves to bridge the gap between the classroom and the boardroom.
Rashida's goal is to motivate, inspire and empower other world-changers, offering tailored professional success strategies under the philosophy - “Build relationships first. Do business later”.
She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. In Leadership, Creativity, Innovation & Change.
